Ratzlaff rocked opposing pitching for a .517 average (15-29), no home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award.
This season in 98 games, Ratzlaff has hit at a .273 clip with 105 hits, 4 home runs, 35 RBIs and 51 runs scored. |  | Saturday, July 14th, 2029: Hits Galore: Lee Drills 5 Hits 5 hits in 5 at-bats. It doesn't happen every day, and when it does, it's exciting. Today Geoff Lee of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes had a sensational 5-5 game against Kinston at Rancho Cucamonga Ballpark. He rifled base hits all over the ballpark in his team's 9-5 shellacking of the Indians.
In the postgame press conference he joked, "Heck, that's a week's worth of hitting for me and I did it all in one day. I guess I can take the rest of the week off... Right, skipper?"
G. Lee doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off S. West in the 8th.
